Information: Mr. Burgess was born and raised in Washington, DC and attended Eastern High School. He is a graduate of Livingstone College located in a Salisbury, NC. He was an assistant football coach in DC public schools for 8 years. He enjoys playing basketball and working out. He is a nationally certified personal trainer who enjoys helping kids as well as adults to get in to shape. In his spare time he enjoys cooking and bowling.
