Information: Mrs. Vingal was born in Bridgeport, CN. She grew up in New Jersey. She attended college in her hometown of Glassboro. She received a BA degree with a certification in elementary education and early childhood education. She taught for the Glassboro Public Schools for 14 years. During that time, she met and married her husband from Aruba. She now resides in Washington, DC with her husband and daughter.
