Mount Calvary Catholic School seeks primarily to serve Catholic children of Mount Calvary Catholic Church and our regional parishes: The Church of the Holy Spirit; St. Bernadine of Siena Church; St. Teresa of Avila Church; Our Lady Queen of Peace Church; St. Luke Church; and Our Lady of Perpetual Help Church or other Catholic churches in the Archdiocese of Washington whose parents want a Catholic education for their children.

• Copy of custody order or other court orders (if applicable)
• Copies of the child's current and previous Report Cards
• Standardized Testing Results (Grades 2 through 8)
• Principal/Teacher Recommendation Form
• Copies of IEP/504 Documentation (if applicable)

Application Fee: $125.00

Tuition Deposit Once Accepted: $200.00

Tuition: Catholic Rate: $6,000.00 and Non-Catholic Rate: $7,900.00

Volunteer Hours/Fundraising Requirements: 20 volunteer hours and a $450 fundraising fee per school family every academic year
