Mrs. Brown was born in Baltimore, MD. She grew up in Anne Arundel County, MD, attending Folger McKinsey Elementary School, Severn River Junior High, and Severna Park High School. When her mother remarried and moved to Virginia, Ms. Brown attended and graduated from Poquoson High School. She is an alumunus of Washington College in Chestertown, MD, with a B.A. in History and Education. She has done graduate work in Early Childhood education.
Ms. Brown is a proud and blessed mother of a daughter, Caitlin, and a son, Patrick. They are products of Catholic schools and graduates of Bishop McNamara High School. She also has two cats, Daisy and Peaches. She enjoys reading, crafting, baking, and working with her Kindergartners!
